Slices of sweet potatoes become toast, sheets become the base for lasagna, and pureed sweet potatoes is used in the healthful cheesecake, which is only a 150 calories per slice. They strike the perfect balance of delicious, gluten free, and healthy, a rare combination to do correctly. |

She has a variety of sweet and savory treats, including pies, cream puffs, pretzels, and Brazilian cheese puffs. |

You can safely enjoy French onion soup with gluten free croutons or spicy salmon tartare. Another delightful indulgence is the gluten free bread "basket" (it comes out on a plate) a treat gluten free-ers don't enjoy out often. Make sure to grab a seat on the patio so you can watch the beautiful Bellagio fountain show during your meal. |

3377 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Inside the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Hotel Price: $$$-$$$$ Cuisine: Asian Fusion Try: Crispy Coconut Shrimp TAO Restaurant is a swanky Asian fusion joint. There is no dedicated gluten free menu, however let the waitstaff know you're gluten free and they will recommend a plethora of gluten free menu items. My favorite was the crispy coconut shrimp with spicy Thai Peanut Sauce. It was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a moist shrimp on the inside, and the sauce was an excellent combination of sweet, coconut-y, and spicy. Tell the waitstaff you're gluten free and they will recommend menu items and ensure the kitchen staff takes extra care in preparing your dishes. They even have a special allergy toothpick to ensure everyone is aware of your "allergy". My all time favorite menu item are the bacon wrapped stuffed dates. |

Ask for a burger, protein style, with the spread on the side. They use the same spatula to add the spread directly to the gluten filled buns. The fries, cooked in a dedicated fryer, can be enjoyed plain, or order them animal style, with the spread on the side, and it'll come smothered in melted cheese and grilled onions. |

Fremont 201 N 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 Henderson 2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052 inside the Green Valley Hotel Cuisine: Pizza/Italian Price: $$ Try: Gluten Free Vegetarian Pizza I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant behind the scenes. Check out the video below. They're great at ensuring a clean work surface, changing gloves, storing the gluten free crust in a separate area, and they have a dedicated gluten free oven. I felt safe eating here as a Celiac, and their pizza is one of the best I have ever had. |

They have a list of gluten free sauces, which includes spicy mayo, sesame oil, and Sriracha. |

The waitstaff and management are knowledgeable and helpful with dietary restrictions. I am obsessed with their queso dip, but their tacos and enchiladas are great too. Just make sure to ask for corn tortillas. |

9340 W Sahara Ave, #106, Las Vegas, NV 89117 Cuisine: Mediterranean Price: $$ Try: Mini House Meza (Minus the Tabbouleh), Falafels, or Falafel Sandwich Wrapped in Lettuce Vegan Options Available Another restaurant that notes gluten free and vegetarian clearly on the menu. Order the mini house mezza minus the tabbouleh and ask for fresh vegetables for dipping. Another one of my favorites are the falafels. Have them on their own or have it as a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. |
