Access: Priority Pass to get $28 credit towards bill
Food: The restaurant clearly marks what is gluten free and vegetarian on the menu. Try the delicious buffalo "steak", a real treat that you don't normally get to enjoy anywhere else. Use your Priority Pass card to get a $28 credit towards your bill.
*Technically not a "lounge", but listed under here because of the the $28 credit you receive using your Priority Pass card.

American Express Centurion Lounge
Location: 
Terminal 3, Across from D1
Access: American Express Platinum Card 
Food: There's a buffet featuring salads and hot dishes. Ingredients and allergen information is not labeled on the food placard, but ask a server or manager for what's gluten free and they will tell you. The buffet selection is always rotating, but offerings have included grilled chicken, rice, and sautéed vegetables for dinner and scrambled eggs and skillet potatoes with vegetables for breakfast.
Drinks: All drinks are complimentary. There's a great selection of hard liquors, including Titos vodka and Don Julio tequila. Good selection of wines.

Food: Gluten free options include the veggies and eggs at the "salad" bar, popcorn, and bagged chips.

Food: They have a gluten free pizza. Let them know it's for an "allergy", but they do warn cross contamination is possible since it's made in the same kitchen with other gluten-y items.  Proceed at your own risk.

Food: Safest free options are are bowls and salads. They also have corn tortillas for tacos, but they do heat them up on the same heater as flour tortillas.

Access: American Express Platinum Card 
Food: There's a buffet featuring hot and cold dishes. Allergen information is labeled on the food placard. Buffet selections include mini dishes of salads, "nachos", rice and fish, deviled eggs, and wild rice bowl. 
Drinks: All drinks are complimentary, which includes a small selection of hard liquors and a decent selection of wines.
